1. Rehabilitation Scheme for Victims of Trafficking

  • Indian Ministry of Women and Child Development has approved a financial assistance scheme.
  • Purpose: Establish protection and rehabilitation homes for victims of human trafficking.
  • Focus: Particularly in border states and strengthen Anti-Human Trafficking Units (AHTUs) nationwide.

2. Global Burden of Unsafe Drinking Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene

  • Report by WHO.
  • Unsafe water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) practices lead to significant loss of lives and disease burden.

3. Anaemia and Maternal Health
